- 2 ounces bourbon
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- orange peel for garnish
Add bitters, maple syrup and bourbon to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and dissolve the maple syrup. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and strain over.
