The Fred’s Glaze Dip Dish by Unity Pond Pottery is made by Robert (Espo) and Wendy Esposito, the duo that own and operate Unity Pond Pottery just north of Unity, Maine.

They’re both self-taught potters with years of experience. Espo has been in the pottery business since 1971 with studios in New Jersey, the Virgin Islands and New Mexico. They started our business in 1986 in Wendy’s hometown of Unity, where they have a working studio and have been full time studio artists since.

Unity Pond Pottery’s original Maine Made folk art pottery uses techniques such as wheel throwing, pressing and hand-building. Each piece is individually crafted and signed. Many pieces are hand-carved. No two exactly alike.

For your safety and use, all glazes are lead free. All pots are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe.
