  • 0.5oz/14g = 3 tablespoons per package
  • Ingredients:
    • Onion, Black Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Parsley, Carrots, Tomatoes, Spinach, Celery, Red and Green Bell Peppers.

Need a quick, easy, and delicious recipe before your guests arrive? Try the flavorful Veggie Dip Mix by Westminster Whimsy – just add sour cream! “Hand blended in our home kitchen in Howland, Maine.”

Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon of mix with 1 cup of sour cream. Let stand.

For Creamy Dip: Mix 1 tablespoon of mix with 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese. Let stand.

Stuffed Peppers:

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken (or vegetable) broth
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 packet of Veggie Dip Mix

Slice off tops of peppers and hollow out. Mix remaining ingredients and fill peppers. Bake in an oiled dish at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes. Cool, and enjoy!
