Baxter State Park is by far one of the best places to be in Maine. Home of the highest peak, Katahdin. There is so much to explore and many summits to climb. Not to mention, you’re likely to see a moose! Explore the park by either hiking, camping, or canoeing.
Sometimes all it takes is one hike to make you fall in love with a place. Jade’s love for Acadia started with her first hike in the park on Beech Mountain. Over the past few years, she has navigated around the hiking trails, carriage roads, Park Loop Road, and has summited both east and west side peaks. While hiking is her favorite outdoor hobby, playing cribbage and cards with family and friends has always been something she’s enjoyed since she was very young. As she combines her love for the trails and the game, creating a deck of cards with hiking trails just seemed right.
