Easy to Make Mixes

The Whoopie Pie Mix is made by New England Cupboard. A classic dessert-like treat for Mainers and non-Mainers alike.

Directions :

1. Preheat Oven to 400° F
2. In large mixing bowl combine dry mix with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter and 1 cup milk. Mix well with hand mixer.
3. On a lightly greased sheet pan, place about the size of a golf ball of mix on sheet pan, about 3 inches apart. A small ice cream scoop works well.
4. Bake at 400° F for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven, let cool completely. Fill with desired filling and enjoy.

Ingredients : Wheat Flour, White Sugar, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Powdered Egg, Baking Soda, Vanilla Powder, Baking Powder, Salt.
