Design Ami

I am a farm girl/Potter that grew up on a farm in upstate New York. Working the earth and dealing with farm animals has definitely inspired my work.

I love the whimsy I get With my work in Clay. To throw a form ,then alter it into a functional piece that has a light fun touch to it delights me!

Living in Maine and on beautiful Westport island has really inspired me.  I can’t imagine starting any day without a good cup of coffee in a cool mug! I’m currently having loads of fun with carving different images into the surface of my mugs.
