What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We primarily use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We will plug the shipping address into our system and whichever method costs less is the one we will go with.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship things from our Bath location as quickly as we can. However, please keep in mind that we are a very small team of people with many different responsibilities.  Please know that we will get your items in the mail to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

When your item has left our store for delivery we receive a tracking number from either UPS or USPS. If you would like we can forward that to you as soon as we receive it and you can watch it as it travels home to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please keep in mind that your package has further to go so please be patient!

How can I return a product?

If you receive your order and you decide that you’d like to return it, mail it back to Lisa-Marie’s Made in Maine and upon receiving your order in the same condition that you received it, we will credit the card that you purchased it with for the amount of the product. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account necessary! Just an email, shipping and billing information!

How do I place an Order?

For items available for purchase online, simply add the item to your cart and then follow the steps for payment and shipping.

For items that you see online, or have seen in store but aren’t available online (yet!), please e-mail marie@lisamariesmadeinmaine.com. Someone will get in touch with you shortly about what is currently available in store. We will take photos of what is in stock and email them to you. If you decide to place an order, please call us to exchange billing and shipping information. Please do NOT email credit card information.

What’s the Coupon Codes Policy?

If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout and your discount will be applied. Coupons are only valid for online purchases.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
